or get a cd key generator. u can look for one in the "need help" thread but then..it's not a real one so yeah

People cannot steal your CD Key unless you downloaded a virus, or gave it to them.

The only way to get a new one is to purchase another copy of SC. If you think the CD-Key was stolen, you can email blizzard about it (Note: If you use hacks on SC, you have may have gotten your cd-key banned)
