Does anyone know how to change the cd-key without reinstall the game?

well ya can... your cd-key is like in your registry or sumfin... well, there ARE a few CD-KEY changers, but I dunno if they're clean...

go to www.cdkey4u.com and go to the Diablo II section, they have bunch of working CD-Keys and CD-Key switcher programs.

It will work for Diablo2 too

I wouldn't suggest using any links like that, people these days just wanna f*ck up your computer, If you desperately need a cd-changer which I can't figure out why, buy a new damn game, no use in messing up your computer just from a little program you downloaded but later find out theres a backdoor orifice.
