CD Key Changer/Swapper?

I'm looking for a program that lets me type in a new cd key and it'll swap it with my current one. Also about the sticky thread, BNET Hacking Section Sticky v1.11, most of the links in that seem to be broken. And if you say to look on google...try typing in something like "diablo 2 cd key swapper" and see what you get.
