i had this spy ware problem called casino pallazo.. everytime i wuld reboot my comp and every 30 min a site wuld pop up

the casino site with an icon on my desktop saying adult links with an X.. i think i got rid of it. anyone ever have this or still do? any suggestions?

Scan wit AV, Adaware, Spybot.

Then look though ur comp files for anything weird u kno it shouldnt b there.

Since system restore takes about 5 minutes and adware takes about 30.

how do i do system restore?

i looked at forums and spybot and adaware dont work for this .. its weird.. trust me i did those already

i have hijack this if anyone wants to see the log file?

Normally if I know that there is only one in there I take it out manually =/ It's not that hard, just get a registry cleaner and scan your hard drive for any files that look familiar.

Really nub cakes? Because I had spyware a week ago and restored, then it went away.

I said they CAN, i didnt say it would everytime, n as far as i kno sometimes viruses/trojans uses system restore to restore themself wen u use it.

If you have a virus or a trojan, I am not sure Adware would be the best thing to use.
