Supras, Skylines are rare, and riced up cars are often Civics and Celicas. The Skyline has no stickers or advertising on it, so how is that riced?

Riced out typically referrs to cars with muffler only, short ram intake, typical mods that do squat but the driver thinks that these will get him low 12's on the quarter mile time. The supra I couldn't consider ricer, because a car that can reach 400 horsepower with a small boost gague (nothing else) is hardly anything I would consider 'ricer'

This is all true, but a Mitsubishi Eclipse can usually be considered a riced up car.
