Run winipcfg. Ipconfig is for DOS mode.

cmd (or command for Windows 98)
ipcconfig

As for being unbanned, I won't tell you how 'cos you can return to BF after being banned.

Still, I bet someone will release it anyway.....

As for your question, ipconfig/winipcfg do NOT change your IP. If you want to, get dial-up or a static IP.
