Cant edit map?????

hi all

basically my problem is that there is this map called X Hero Siege Extreme. Now as in the past when you start your World Editor it opens the map and you can mock around by changing things etc.

This map is really good but I need to adjust the Life of the Players Hall as its too weak and you cant get far.

When I try to open this map in the Editor, it says "Unit data is missing or invalid." yet the game plays fine on the BattleNet???????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its really annoying cuz if i dont change what I wanna change in the map then the game is impossible to finish.

Some other maps I can open other I cant.....

Any ideas???

yeah, the map is protected so everyday people can mess around with it but it still works on bnet. if it's just simply protected find a map unprotecter or search for a tut on cracking those maps. I think there was 1 here a long time ago......

you wont find a unprotector to do that...the unprotectors only work on trigger missing error ones...u need to find a tutorial on it...

Its best not to edit a protected map. Thats how we've got 50 million versions of the same DotA: Little kiddies run to find a way to unproect it so they can tweak something in there favor, thus imbalancing it...

If the maps protected chances are its bets to leave it protected. Don't go messing with fine work, it gives bad identity to the original creator...
