Cannot access lib files in d2jsp directory

well, i cant acces the files in the lib file that is in my d2jsp directory. i have windows xp and it says that it cannot open the file because it doesnt know what program created it. the ''open with...'' is not an option. ne1 know what program i need to dl to open these files? btw, they are d2l files.
