Can you still make occy rings

i dont know if the last patch got rid making occy rings or not but i still hear people say that they can still make them i know they are probably lying but if you can still make them can someone tell me how plz

i dono if they can still get made i got a new friends that stuff use them and the price keeps going down so ther prob more coming into cercuation all the time meaning some 1 is prob still making
