Can u make items with a editor??? Need help

Hi im totally new at this so i dont knw anyhin about editors and which ones to download and what not :-/ i was just wondering if i could get help by someone to give me a lnk to a webpage where i can download a editor and tell me how to use it? :loopy

Search Hero Editor v0.80 in google its a VERY simple hero editor and ucan "make" items as well to put in your hero. although it does take some time to completly outfit 1 character because the making of an item is very in depth. but its quite easy once u play around with it so give it a try.
