Can someone please translate this tutorial?

Yeah I know about Altavista Translate... but someone either very fluent in PHotoshop or Japanese, please translate to understandable english...

(I'm a complete noob to photoshop... I just got a scanner and photoshop 5.0 (meh...))

I just came across this site and me myself loved drawing and sketching and so when I found out you could make your pictures into that with simply one program... I wanted to learn how.

Any help will be appreaciated. Thanks.

there are about 10000000 tutorials for photoshop in the net and atleast 1% will have a focus on comic/manga/whatever. check out polykarbon.com, check out their links, there are tons of sites that focus on CGing comics/manga. and for unbelievably great lineart (before coloring it) check out the tool streamline, you might want to buy it, its not so much since its only 4 mb or so lol, its from adobe http://www.adobe.com/products/streamline/main.html well ok its 129 dollars LOL but im not kidding its just 4 or 5 mb
and in photoshop you just play around with contrast/brightness and levels to get clean lines

@Kortikke: I'm not just interested in Anime sort of stuff... It's drawing in general... thanks for the sites.
@Akule What advanced stuff can you do with photoshop anyways? Just wondering...cuz all I've been doing is using filters and create these things like thunder (from a tutorial at BF =)
