i have winbot but i cant work it

it say "component MSWINSCK.OCX or one of its dependenies not correctly registerd: a file is missing or invalid"

So, wat's wrong with my winbot can some one help me?

Maybe try downloading the common controls from TeamSE website:

EDIT: By doing a simple google search for mswinsck.ocx I found this:
