Out of curiosity, actually...

Who here plays an instrument? I've got seven years of alto sax under my fingers now. I'm getting pretty good. I might be playing a solo star spangled banner piece for the homecoming game at my school this next year. My sister plays flute and guitar. She is terrible on the flute, but some of my friends have been teaching her a few things and she's getting better.

i played the alto for 4 years... quit last year, no time for band anymore. didnt really enjoy it that much anyways. concerts are a pain in the ass too.... i always hated having to remember when we had to go places. neverv was in marching band, or anything special.

I play guitar, and i know a musician that opened up for aerosmith when they were younger, and he met jimi hendrix.

8 Years Drumset under my belt, then theres the Alto Sax, Trumpet, Xylophone/Marimba/Belled intruments, 3 Years Tenor Drums/Quints, 2 Years Snare, then a year of Bottom Bass...

Totally doing Corps next year when I grad. from highschool

i scratch decks (freestyle dj mixing with turntables).

I started last year, and i borrow the equipment from a friend who used to scratch but quit for some reason. I'm not all that good, but i'm getting better. When my college stuff is all done and paid for, i'm thinking about buying myself some used equipment.

Oh yeah, I'm starting to play the keyboard, too. I got one for Christmas. I'm working on two songs: Chopsticks and Entertainer.

I use an old fender stratocaster now, and i've been playing for 3 1/2 years.

Trumpet, Euphonium, Melophone, Tuba, Guitar (of any kind..), about any kind of mallet instrument (vibes, marimba, xylophone), and most kinds of drums.

teh girl i hope to get with plays teh violin and earns money with it, i guess that doesnt count. i played the basic flute for 1 year at school but i sucked >.<
