on c3po theres to item lvls ilvl and qlvl which is the 1 to no the items lvl .. so like which 1 do i look at to see if its a ilvl 99 gc etc

ok thx i just found a ilvl 99 gc then i dint get of baal sum1 droped in a baal run i just joined so im gona reroll
and what is the qlvl then?

qlvl is the minimum ilvl the item needs in order to be dropped (such as a fallen in normal (ilvl=~1) will not drop a tyreals (qlvl=~85)

I don't get it... How come sometimes I see items with a qlvl higher than the ilvl?
