C3PO help..and yes I already checked sticky

Hey guys, just a quick question, and before anyone asks I did look all through the sticky to try and find the answer, but It was no where to be found. I load C3PO with R2D2...but none of the features work, no hotkeys, nothing...I am aware that the cure is probably very obvious, but im new to this, so any help would be appreciated...and please dont flame me lol.
