I've used BloodShed not even there example worked. Then I got a C++ Guide and typed it in perfectly and still nothing. Then I go Visual Basic It works but the tutorial doesnt. Anyone have a link to a guide they used and liked?

I haven't ever used bloodshed, but I am assuming the header files you need such as iostream.h and what not are not in the default folder.

As for Visual Basic search for vb tutorials on google.

Yes, google is your friend. If theres going to be a sticky, then that sentence must be in it. i would advice you to use a good compiler, i dont think bloodshed is all that good, there should be better ones out there (free ones).

Stalin -_- . Bloodshed is recommended by me. All the headers should be the directory when you installed it but downloading it and reinstallng it should fix any problems that you have with it.
