C&C Generals

Is it worth it? It's uber cheap in AUS at the moment. Wondering if i should get it. I have every C&C game so far, may as well pick this one up too. Is it better than RA2? RA2 was ok, just very ****ing slow paced.

Generalsi is more like WCIII than it is like RA2, but I fail to see how RA2 was slow paced.

Generals had a SC/WC3 feel to it. In the sense you actually had to click on buildings to produce units plus used general powers to aid you in combat.

Because of this, micro was more enforced.

Ya know. I've never given Generals a chance. Always a RA person, myself.

Generals was a step into a different direction...and it's probably why I prefer RA more myself. It's still a pretty cool game though.

WC3 > RA2 > SC > Generals > TibSun

Tiberian Sun had one of the easiest abuses ever.

Engineers and a APC. Better have pavement in your base.
