Personally i think catapults are useless while fighting units until they get the burning oil upgrade, also are demolition units effect by magic at all?

oh well, doesnt matter, demolisher comes out faster, and eariler. You get my point beer slut Also, since they got pretty good dmg, they can pwn melees since only small bits of melees have medium, and since casters have unarmored, pwn them too. Only ranged units like archers and fiends are the troubles u'll have for catapult. However, you have to remember to bring grunts/taurens with u.

Yes, but the overall damage is still huge, and it is SPLASH damage vs units, dont discount that either. Basically, if you want to win as orc vs night elves, you make demolishers. There are still some other options open vs other races, but grunts and demos will work on every race, it is as close to "cheese" as the orcs getThey do less damage to enemy units them they do to enemy building...
