Building a Site

I'm starting a mod that will be later for HL2 once it's released, but I need to have someone lay out a website for me and show me how to edit different parts so i can add news and such.

I have a host ready, but before I can host the website, I need the files of the website on my local computer so i can show what i need to show, and then sendt he site to the host to be setup on the site.

Do you know html? You will need to, to create a design.
Do you know php? You will need to, to create a simple editting system.

Unless your going to pay them, I doubt you will find someone to write all that for you.

Ive made a system, but im currently perfecting it. its an admin portal, all one file, allowing you to edit content, add your own, password protected, delete, and other stuff. Your host must have allowed php and mysql, however.

The host allows everything, including unlimited space and bandwith. Don't worry about the limitations, i'm more looking for someone who can help us out.

No you won't get pay, unless of course the mod is good enough for valve to purchase it and sell. In that case we would gladly pay something to our web designer, otherwise you get credit for your work.

yeah ill help as long as i get a link back to my site or something ill update when i finish the portal and make it more able to be integrated. see ive finished it, but the layout only matches my site, and is built into my site. ill try to edit it.
