how do i fix the problem im having below???

my ****ing roommate was using the computer for only 5 ****ing minutes and ****ing ****s up everything... i have a feeling its sumthing to do with some asian software...

lol, it looks like he changed your language, ill take a bunch of screenshots showing you where to click to change it back to english.

nvm i got it, its WAS an asian software and i just unistalled, did system restore like x42 sed..... thx guys for all your help

The problem with COTA's solution is that the poor guy has to read Chinese in order to follow his instructions.
