Bugged Item Creations Begin ;)

Well im not new to d2 at all iv'e been around far too long and should be doing something else with my time but funk it.

I used to create programs and what not for D2 back when Blizzhackers first started and even a little before then but anyways, to the point.

I havent played D2 since 1.09 and noticed theres not much or any bugged items on any of the realms and i decided to take it upon myself to go ahead and create some nice toys for people to play with.

This is more of a challenge to me in many aspects as i don't play D2 anymore and have no urge to do so. Lets just say im doing this for the thrill heh, yes i am very bored.

But heres just a little something ive managed to get going so far.. it's nothing fancy at all but with alittle more patience and time i could make something very pretty .

Well here is a screenshot of what ive currently managed to manifest.

This is currently on USEast Non-Ladder.. as i said its nothing to drool over as of yet .

m8, thats an old release,, i did release it in 1.10.. you just upgrade the hellforge hammer with the weapon upgrade cube combo, from normal to nm.. then it goes like that, it also work on the staff from a2, also work with the gidbin and the horadic maul, but it doesn't work with the flail from a3..

anyway, the exact way:

This works with:
Act1 -
Horadric Maul
Act2 -
Staff of Kings
Horadric Staff
Act3 -
The Gidbin
Act4 -
Hell Forge Hammer

Put one of the above items in the cube with:
1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald

There you go.. A Unique Hand Axe

You can also upgrade it again, and again..

(Note: Don't sock it and put any gems in it.. instead of use the level req of the gem/rune/jewel, it will add the level reg of the gem..)

Yea it's old, but...

This was something i was doing before i left D2 and what not..

Was doing something more with this back then, but trying to figure out exactly how i was doing that heh.

I'll post my findings as soon as i get something to pop .

Your not going to create anything, there were only 2 ways of "bugged" items appearing.

A) Glitch that occured when two uniques would drop, rusulting in a fusion of their stats.
B) Importing from Open to Closed through an exploit.

Only A can happen anymore, and the chances are probably less than winning the lottery.

Only A can happen off of meph also if I'm correct.

Please explain how you exactly know that the so called "Fusion" is caused by A?

Have you seen this happen?

EDIT: Also i was wondering if D2Hackit is out for 1.11b, and if so where can i locate it? Yes.. i used the search function but came accross pages and pages of info that did not help.

And i also used SnifferXP back then but im not sure what people are using now for D2.. any help would be appreciated.

Look i can glitch items aswell, I use this program called "Paint" i think it comes standard with WindowsXP. Trojan and keylogger free. I think it works on battlenet forums as a screenshot but no in-game usage. Enjoy.

@P47R!CK: he didnt use paint. he just did a small glitch that bnet has neve rbothered to fix, i created one using the hellforge hammer, then crafted my name into it, and donated it to the prize account for the forums awards (which i ended up winning...but the mules expired -.-)

he just tried to make himself seem leet by posting it =/

hellforge handaxe is a complete waste, as the original axe doesnt have a str and lvl req.

true i guess but sometimes of course a glitch can just be something like the game screws up and presto u got 2 items anyways i did nm meph today and he dropped two different uniques one 2 to sorcy skills and one 2 to druid skills i dunno what u talking about plz explain further

The way the story goes, ( I say story cuz ive never seen a screenshot of this or a real item)

1) You kill Meph, (dont see why its only meph should be anything if this is real)
2) 2 uniques drop (or maybe more, maybe 2 of the same item who knows)
3) the server makes a boo-boo and "fuses" the items stats.
4) The result is an overpowered item that usually has wrong or overpowered stats.

like buri armor.. then you think.. why only 167%? (i think it was 167% it was^^.. or something in the 150%.) and i also think it came from meph.. the only "real" bugged item that could dissapear in 09 @ Europe.. all the other bugged had somekinda of an ID..
