Bugged Eye Handouts?

There was a post on this forum asking how Bugged Eye worked. Before then, I saw Bugged Eye maybe once or twice. Now I see lvl 30 Barbs with it all the time. Makes me wonder if someone duped it and handed it out. lol

Hey are there Bugged Eyes on Uswest SErver if so someone show me one this is one bugged item ive yet to come by in west and ive seen mostly everything

bugged eyes suck because u have to be such a low lvl to use it, u cant do hardly any damage with it

lol true, they don't get the concept that if you cant do any damage, ur screwed.

i've heard that they get 8 million life from it

they can get a lot of life but with a lot of 290's then they are still screwed because they can do like 10k in a second or something like that

The lvl req. on 290s is too high for people with bugged eye to use

actually bugged eye works well on barbs because u can be level 50 using it, and a lvl 50 barb can do pretty good damage, if u put ALL stats in str.
