I saw it on a plane sans headphones...so it was kind of hard to follow. I liked the book when I read it though.

You know i think about this alot. I don't have the compassity to show compassion or empathy to a person... But movies choke me up sometimes.
I just wasn't ready for this kinda ending from a disney movie. If you could of only saw me... burnt out and half asleep with a tear down my cheek.

It's about a girl and a boy and their magical world in the forest.

It's also about how much life sucks and why you shouldn't swing across rivers on oldass ropes.

I was pissed when I saw the tailors as some big ass fantasy movies. Then of course I read reviews from a bunch of retard mothers who didn't realize what the movie was about and was mad.

I was in like grade 3 when we read the book. It was sad, and I can see people crying at the end. I'm probably going to go watch it now.

What made it so sad?
From the book,

The main girl in the book who created a strong bond with the main character dies. They would use a rope to swing over some creek or whatever to get to their imaginary kingdom Teribethia. One time the main character decided not to join her she swung across in the rain, rope snapped she fell and drowned. Main guy was so sad. The book ended they had built a bridge where they would normally swing across.

That is what I remember from grade 3 god knows how many years ago. Sad as hell when you read it.

I remember in the book initialy the main guy couldn't tell if the main girl was a guy or not because short hair and her name was like leslie or something, which is a unisex name. It was a great book.

For me I almost cried when the Leslie's father hugged jess (i believe those were the names) and told him that she loved him. Then I got alittle choked up when the teacher talked to Jess outside, not sure why I did but I did.

And what made me cry were when his father (the dark master in the boys imagination) chased him down in the woods and ended up holding him and calming him down. That dialouge alone just really really got to me somehow.

Honestly I think i cried because that girl was so hot. And they would of banged has she not died... Its not fair for Jess. Her and those sexy boots.

This movie is good because it has my Favorite movie element in it... and that is when a child dies. Because you NEVER see it coming (if you are totally oblivious to the plot and stuff). And i didn't see it coming and I was abit taken back... And that is what made this movie so good to me.

Your apathy towards people doesn't surprise me. But your emotional affection towards a kids movie is. But you were baked, and if you weren't you probably wouldn't have /shed a tear.

Dude, seriously.

you didn't finish the quote... But you have to admit when a kid dies your always taken back.

Just like in Empire. Plus any Holocaust movie ever is just sweet.

I laughed at the end of Anne Frank just to add a tid bid.

And you know sex with Leslie would of been Gooood.
