it seems like there are SO many barriers in gw, like lvl 20 cap ( i got to lvl 20 half way through the game, wheres the fun in that?) and the fact that ALL weapons have the same max dmg's, like the best sword possible, only does 22 dmg, anyone else think in future expansions the numbers should be higher?

Not really, just because the damage isn't high doesn't mean it has to be higher. Swords can do an awersome amount of damage, the real damage characters can do is based around their skill set not what weapons they carry. That was supposed to be the whole point of the game. The pvp is based a lot more around strategy and teamwork than who has the best gear or who is the higher level.
