BotNET Error

I know most of you guys use D2JSP/YAMB but I need help conserning BotNET.

I'm trying to load AgPermaBot / AgMephBot but I keep getting this error

"The system cannot find the file specified"

Can anyone explain what I did wrong or why this is occuring? Thanks...
