Bot/Username question

Is there a way to find out the last time a user logged onto battle.net? Is this a feature in any bots?.

it should be on the chat channel when u log in, no bots req.

I know that you can see your own last logon when you log on, but what about someone on your friends list? I also know that if you click "friends" on the left side you can click on their profile's and see their last win but if they played a game that didnt count as a win or loss it wont show and I wanna know when the last logon was...
