Bot problem...

I start rashido bot.. than some ****ing pop ups keep poping up... thier those new pop up that if u on like d2 and its behind and if u click on ur d2, like try to move it minimize d2 screen... this piss me off cuz it throws the bot off.. any ideas how to remove it?
