im looking for a good guide for a bone necro items n all for a person who isnt rich but is not poor n abit mroe than medium thanks

Are you going all bone as in Bone Spear, and Bone Spirit, or will you be using any poison skills, or summoning?

What is your definishion of "sorta rich"?

Best things gear wise are:
HotO (CtA on switch)
Homogulis (Spirit monarch on switch)
Enigma
Shako
Magefist
Marrowwalk, or Sandstorm Treks
Archnids Mesh Belt
Maras Amulet , or metalgrid
2x SoJ

OR:
Trang set
White wand (spirit weapon on switch)
Marrowwalks
Metalgrid
Homogulous Shield on switch

Charms:
Necro torch, +1 skillers, +life/resist sc, faster cating rate all else

Stats:
Str - 90
Dex - none or at least 50% block
Life - all the rest
Energy - none

Merc: (Act 2 Normal Prayer Aura) with Insight, Fortitude, Gaze, OR Shaftstop, Rockstopper, Bonehew

Torch is +3 to all skills on character class, so yes.

-coh (right now but gettin a enigma soon)
-pdiamonded homunculus
-marrowwalks
-trang gloves
-2 sojs
-archinid belt
-7pnb gcs
-20/10 necro torch
-5bo cta (switch)

I only do 4.5 k bone damage so i am considerin makin a different char cuz right now i m horrible. Can't kill anybody. So can someone plzz give me advice on how to make my necro beter or tell me a better pvp character.

Gearwise you look pretty good. Your shield on switch is what? Spirit Monarch? What about your skills and lvls, as well as stats.
You say your horrible, why is that? Mana problems or what? If so get a act 2 NM def merc for Holy freeze or act 2 Normal Combat merc for Prayer. Outfit it with Gaze (prefer Etheral) Insight, and Fortitute or your Coh when you get Nigma.
