Bone necro, ss or homonoculus?

i'd say yes, i use a homonoculus on my necro and he does just fine. here's my set up

+2 to skills +xx mana ammy

he does just fine in duels, actually i kill alot of other chars and i'm only lvl 70 something.

bonenecro.. hmm... SS if u need resist or Homo if u dunt.

nvm, jus get enigma, give homo a um, and there you go, all set.

A perfect Boneflame (with +3 all and good resists) is another good idea. But Homunculus is the best.

Boneflame sucks ass compared to homonculus..

It all depends on what you want to do well against. However, that said, I think the emphasis on PDR in public dueling games has dropped. From what I can tell, correct me if I'm wrong, Amazons, and physical damage dealing characters in general have dropped off. And ~40% PDR is easy enough to obtain with a Homunculous. So that said, I think I would be tempted to go with a Homunculous build. I know the build I've suggested in my guide with defin8ly work, however, I think you might be able to optimize against certain characters like firesorcs, and other bone necros with a homunculous build.

The only downside I see, is that you will not be able to take advantage of Enigma's massive strength boost. One of the problems with SS was that it's strength requirement was far beyond that of the rest of your gear. So it's really a hard call. A homunculous build can definately work, however, weither it's the best way to go would really require some closer calculations.

Just keep in mind that you can always use the homunculous when dueling casters, and the SS if you're dueling physical based characters. With enigma, you don't have to commit yourself to one shield.

I´m using Darkforce Spawn. Though I have Homunculus and Boneflame, I just like it more. Still thinking what to throw in the socket.

yeah use homo as legend said um if you need the resis, but get wiz and that helps, or if you wana have a pretty good pvp, go hoto and homo, with um in it. Well good luck to you.

yes it is a newb question...but weve all been there....so its a necro shield...it ads some resistance stats and 2 to necro skils and 2 to curses...its not exactly very rare...but ule hafta offer something a bit better than that for one
