What is a bomb charm and where can i get one? I saw one and i hated it. How do they work?

yes on open battle net, a character gave my friend a bomb that locked his character and he couldnt take it off. What was the lock charm?

it was prolly and over attributed carm that when you move your cursor over it, the game hangs.
