BNET Reset

I've been having a little trouble logging on to b.net. So I downloaded BNET reset. How does it work? I double-clicked it and click yes to the pop-up windows, but I still can't log on to b.net.
Can someone plx help me?

Yes...I do, how did you know that? And than it gives me this message saying that if you have Modem, you have to maunally connect, or something like that.

Make sure..

Make sure you connect to the internet before opening StarCraft. If all else fails, get a mac!

Are you behind a router? If so you need to open up a certain port.

The ports for a router for SC are 4000 and 6112.

If you're dialup, maybe your connection is just too slow.

If anything, backup your maps and charector info, and reinstall.

Have you tried checking for viruses, or have you run Defragmenter lately?

I had this problem once, but it magically solved itself :/

If you use AOL you have to log on with the master's account, which is stupid.
