Bnet char saver?

i saw on the forums (or somwhere) that there was a proggy that allowed you to save charactors off of bnet to single player. Is there a 1.10, and if so where can i get it.

mousepad made one for 1.09, i dont know if there is one for 1.10 tho

doesnt work for 110 chars tho it makes every single unid unique a wierd name with no stats...
