BNCS 2.0 - Released

I just heard about this new program by jan. Here is a quote:

Finally I have released another update to one of my programs - and this one is a biggy. It's been a long time since my last update, but I'm sure you'll enjoy this one. It's probably the most sophisticated program I've ever written. Here a small excerpt from the readme:

What is BNCS HackIt?

BNCS HackIt is a D2Loader plugin that patches Diablo II's .dll files to gain access
to the data being sent and received from your client. It also enables you to inject
your own data into the game via the program, as if it were the client itself. This
bares many functionality.

What do you guys think? I tried it out and it worked fine for me. Seemed unsuspicious also (not packed). Just sharing the news..

We found out meph/pindlesweeper were trojaned. You don't happen to be Jan do you?

netter didnt trojan anything - you did all the work for him.

when you bot, theres a section where you imput your cdkey, (not sure about cekey actually) but i KNOW you put your username and pass somewhere.

he embedded a simple php script that sent your username and pass (after you entered it) to a logfile on his server.

i doubt his new programs have any php scripts, or trojans at that. If you dont have to input your pass anywhere then im sure you have nothing to worry about. And of course, if you were that worried you could hex the file yourself and see if that turns up any suspicious commands.

that program does sounds nice tho :rolleyes

EDIT: its hosted at gamehackers, which has a really stron reputation although jan doesnt. This is worth checking out i think.

I don't trust him, never will. It's besides the point that there weren't trojans, he ****ed up and shouldn't be forgiven.

yeah i think ill be waiting until i hear from alot of the mods "ive checked, looks clean" then give it a good month lol...

i dont think he should "never" be forgeven, as long as he dont do that shit again...cause if i agreed with you lee woudl still be banned lol

**edit** anyone know of that other botting program that allowed you to control winamp through dII??? or anyoen got a program that just does that???

whats stopping him from posting an open source program like this, then oneday switching the clean one with an infected one?

Actually it's not open source, but it has no anti-debugging measures AT ALL - so any half-decent reverser can immidiatly see that the file is harmless (my intent). I've also released this, as it has quite a few *new* and sexy patch locations and functions it uses that I'm sure a few people would be interested in.

No, I don't care if you use it.
