Blue names

Does that mean they are untagged? Can you attack a person with a blue name?

Can't attack people with blue names, red names are tagged for pvp.

Isn't it red is the opposing alliance that has been flagged and if it's your own team it'll be green and blue is neutral. Also yellow is if the opposing alliance is in your area that's non contested but since I don't have the game but I played the CB and those I don't know if it changed or not...

ya wats with some names being like silver and others blue and i think ive seen some green
