judging by the massive amounts of spot openings coming up i am under strong belief that blizzard is going to create a new game
what do you guys think it will be? Diablo III, Warcraft IV, or Starcraft II?
please post why you think they will make it and what you wish for in the game
i myself think they will create a new diablo game, this is because they are in creation of starcraft ghost and just made WoW in 2004? (or 2003?) and it's only fair that the next game they make will be a diablo game, after all it is their first rpg, and it was a huge hit! but i'm not sure what they would put into the story line there.. all the prime evils are dead what now?
this is what i hope for in diablo III
- More acts, this game is just too damn short
- More quests with in depth detail and different ways to complete the quest
- Make gold a currency that people actually want by making magic items more buffed up and stronger, and let the vendors sell a couple of rares for alot of gold
- Do not center the game around runes, you make the runewords more powerful than the hardest items to find in the game!
- When you chose your class you chose which main expertise you want it to be(ex: Paladin - Offensive Aura Main), and then give it some extra bonuses
- Make the environment better, i have come to notice how much of a scary game diablo would be with more detail and a closer 3rd person
- More than 8 people in a game, god it is so anoying having the game fill up and your friends can't join
- Special final bosses that drop on item of theirs (ex: if a final boss that has a sword dies he will have a large chance to drop that sword but the stats varied are a wide range) and do this in all difficulties except in norm make the variables less, nm a lil higher, hell the highest
- Make the quest rewards good, i have noticed how crappy alot of them are, blizzard should make it so if they complete a hard quest they get a good reward like a random high unique item
- Make the sets a little better, the sets don't have very good stats for being so hard to find the entire set
