Blizzard Sorceress Damage Question...

Would one receive greater damage with the Blizzard spell by maxing Blizzard, Glacial Spike, Ice Blast, and Cold Mastery, or maxing Blizzard, Glacial Spike, Ice Blast, and Ice Bolt?

you usually dont have to max cold mastery though..just put like 10ish into it
