Story line? Thats one of the best part of blizzard games, so its a hard choice. But I say Warcraft II. Thats just so great and in depth, I say its the best of them all.

Well i was confused with the warcraft 2 expansion story, so thats why my vote goes to SC, not Broodwar. Broodwar was plain with the stupid PSI disrupter, and The terrran champains were pretty boring. I like the Zerg and Toss champains. War 3 has a good story too.

Definately the storyline. This reminds me to start playing the wc3 campaign. You know, I haven't even played single player at all? heh. I've never been much of a "single player" type of guy. I found the starcraft storyline very good and I definately think it was the best. The voices were good also.

Id have to say the diablo series has the best story. If you take the time to read the detailed (and rather long stories) in the instruction manuals of the two then youd see the story is quite good for a game of its crappyness.

The starcraft story wasnt long enough, and it didnt have enough details about the races which left little depth to go in, and the warcraft series is just to hard to believe. I mean cmon, sure its a fantasy story but for god sakes, try to make it a lil more realistic.

Diablos story is such crap. Hmm lets see, Diablo was put into a stone, he corrupt some unimportant guy, diablo was stopped in Diablo 1, theres Diablo 2.

Starcraft was kinda boring because of the gay Xel naga and making the races. i never got through the entire story, so i don't know how the terrans split from earth, or how the Toss adopted the Kahla or whatever its called. I read the zerg, and the betray of the Xel naga by the Overmind.

Warcraft Storyline was cool. The four races have unique back ground. Think about the Humans and their aliance, not the greatest. The origin of the Orcs, with the damning of their race, with the pact between Ner' Zul and Kil'Jadan(i son't know the spelling). And how the orcs were truely corrupted by Grom Hellscream, and the drink ing of Mannoroths blood. Then theirs the Night elves, with the War of the Ancients where the Highelves Betrayed the Night elves and sided with th leagion because of the corruption of the moon well. Then the breaking of the continents and the exile of Illidan and the world Tree. Ultimatly, the Best is the Undead origin, where the Orc Ner'Zul by the end of the second war, betrayed those other orcs who followed him into their ding world. He was in the world between worlds, where Kil'jadan attacked him, and made him into The Lich King, and his dark warlocks inoto lich's. Then where he has an immense war with the Nerubians and corrupted the human archmage who brought the coming of the Necromancers. Then with the rising of the Frozen bones of the once mighty dragons to become Frost Wyrms.

Warcraft turely fulfills my every wish in a game storyline, betrayl, corruption, an immense storyline, magic, Demons etc. I could go on for hours explaining the entire story, the corruption of Medivh and the opening of the portal, or the telling of the first war and the second down to the biggest battle. and this is just from memory, if i had the book ith me...

Like I said you have to be a sce-fi fan to like sc's plot
