I've been trying to get this ****ing thing to work for the last few days now with my friend.
For whatever reason, everything works when we all have a LAN party, and we're operating on 192.168.x.x IPs, however now that I'm at my apartment, I can't seem to do the same thing using each other's ISP IPs.
I'm on broadband, behind a router, however I do have DMZ enabled for my local IP. My friend uses dialup.
Both of us have tried hosting while the other joins however our hosted games never show up.
I also have been unable to locate a site that specifies what ports BotF uses, however I did temporarily open up all ports 1-65535 and got the same results.
It's a Linksys wireless router, however I am hardwired to it.
Any suggestions?
