Nope. I started playing mtg when I was 8, way before Pokemon shit all over the world of TCGs. My opinion of most people who got into mtg through Pokemon is that they're bratty little kids.

well we wanting type 1 then? so whos wanting to join i will list a 1,0000 pt to the winner. plus im thinking of asking eric to add soem custom gifts like special awards for the tourny winners to kinda give them something nobody else has.

I only play type 2 and extended for casual play. Type 1 is just ... lame.

Cry more imo. I'll play the most deck restricting style. I like showing skill through tactic not pulling uber cards from a limitless library.

Um, Jason. Type 2 is the most limited style of play outside of block. Type 1 allows ANY card, except for banneds/restricted.

Which block? Block is a format which depends on which block you use.

Personally I'd say to just use type 2. It's a lot easier to know.
