Best Video Game Moment Ever?!

Ok, I know most people here have played a video game atleast once. So here it goes, whats the all-time, favorite and best single moment of any video game you've ever had thus far. Could be on any video game, any system. Just don't get into warez or download talk if you downloaded the game off the internet or anything please. This probably has been done but I don't see anything like this around (I got the urge to make this thread by seeing the ''Kill the person above...Video Game Stlye!'' thread.

Mine would have to be a FF5 Save State I have. About 3 month's ago I was purging all SNES Rgps I liked (FF4-6, Chrono Trigger, Earth Bound, etc) and I was on FF5 at the time. I love this game, it's a great game, although a little easy if you know what you're doing. Anyways, I'm in the second world, and almost done with it. For any of you who played FF5 you will know where i am. I'm in the Great Forst of Mua, just killed the Seal Boss, and Exdeath appears and does the storyline suff. Then him and Galuf fight. At the time, Galuf mastered Beserker so he has beserk as a skill, and his main job was a warrior. This means I had 0 control over him. Anyways the fight starts out, and the music is cool. I got, out of random, a p[erfect timing of spells in this part of the game. This little battle, I got the perfect timing of spells mixed with the music. As Galuf gets to 0 HP (He just wont die) and it looks like this:

Save State Loaded:
Galuf attacks Exdeath for 1218 damage.
Exdeath attacks Galuf for 448 damage. Galuf is at 984 Hp and it's decreasing.
Galuf attacks Exdeath for 1317 damage.
Exdeath uses Bolt 3, does 1001 damage to Galuf. Galuf's Hp = 0.
Galuf attacks Exdeath for 1256 damage.
Exdeath attacks, but Galuf blocks.
Galuf attacks Exdeath for 1371 damage.
Exdeath attacks, but Galuf blocks.
Galuf attacks Exdeath for 1234 damage.
Exdeath: ''Take this!''
Exdeath uses special attack ''Vaccum Wave'' dealing 1280 damage to Galuf.
Galuf attacks Exdeath for 1313 damage.
(Heres where the music gets upbeat, where I have perfectly saved when Exdeath casts his spells.)
Exdeath: ''You've made me mad! To the world of death with you!!''
Exdeath casts Flare on Galuf, dealing 2794 damage.
Exdeath casts Holy on Galuf, dealing 2728 damage.
Exdeath casts Meteo on Galuf, Wave 1 does 1554 damage, wave 2 does 1246 damage, wave 3 does 1862 damage, and wave 4 does 2366 damage.
Exdeath: ''Wh-...Why wont you die?!''

Note: This save state happens the same way everytime.


But basically, it looks so cool because the spells kick in right when the upbeat part of the Exdeath Battle Music happens. I have this on a ROM save state if anyone who is a FF5 Fan wants to see it. But anyways, that was the best for me so far. How about you guys?

lol, the chaosUT2 mod ive been raving about!

you'll slash them a bunch and you'll be able to hear their heart beat, if your full on health, thats when you can relax and concentrate on killing them in the best fashion .

i used a grappling hook and hooked to a building to the side, i then shot around, and came swinging back. i swung my axe and right as i got close to him i managed to slice his head off. then it went into the slow motion victory with the corpse falling back and the head flying off, with the slowed down badass voice going "HEEAD SHOOOTTTT!!!"

thats a moment to be savored.

There's alot of great moments in alot of games. One is definately sephiroth killing Aeris, cause after that you just wanna beat the living shit out of sephiroth. As for an all time favorite I don't think i have just one.

Beating half-life, that end owned, when you are travelling thru space in one of those mini-trains and the guy asks you "do you want to work with us? if so, enter this portal", the game ends either if you or you dont... but one way you are "employed" and the other way you are "disappeared" lmao

In an fps game it is always either the melee kill or the double/triple headshot. Imagine a double knife headshot *creams pants*

well, my multiplayer best moment ever was like 1 year ago, playing good old cs 1.3... the map was office, it was a 8vs8... i think i was ct, all my teammates died and it was me alone vs all the terrorists... guess who won bitch

One time when me and my friends were playing FFX, It was the best moment because I was with all of my friends and at the part when Lulu asks if Tidus likes Yuna and you can pick all of these different things and one of them says "Your more of my type Lulu." We thought that was so funnny, oh and another greatest part in a video game was in Kingdom Hearts when I beat the game with barely any health, if anyone has ever beaten it, there could be so spoilers, but I don't know, well when you're facing the last part of Ansem, I had 1 hit left on me and he had about 5 hits left, and I had no MP left so I thought I was screwed, then i got 3 quick hits on him, then he swiped across, I think that was the one...I don't really remeber, then anyways he swiped across and I just got out of the way in time, 1 more quick hit, and I had enough to heal and I just got my heal off before he swiped me and I hit 1 more time and beat him.

not really a moment in a game but the time me and my friends shared talking about how Leo the kid from ZOE has a bigger "cockpit" than anyone else was very amusing

in metal gear solid anything to do with the cyborg ninja.
i especially like after you beat him and it goes to the cut scene where your just talking to him and he freaks out and starts smashing his face into the floor :hbut

putting plastic explosive in the urinals and then hiding until someone comes in to use the batroom and blowing them to pieces was great too

Resident Evil scared me a lot too it did. Like how things would pop ou of no where. Especially the dogs. I already have a fear of mean dogs, and playing that at 1 A.M. sure didn't help me dream any better either. :scary :fwink

For singleplayer, it would have to be playing the Original Unreal. The part where the lights go out, and you fight the first skaarj. Pretty good stuff.

For multiplayer, it would have to be going +7 in the factory, with 2000+ damage with the lighting gun.

I was playing in a LAN game of CS at school. It was probably 8v8 on as_oilrig, a map where the Terrorists must kill a VIP before he reaches a rescue point. The round went REALLY fast. I rushed the path that the CT's had been taking every round, but they went a different route. I was at their spawn when I realized that the only two left alive were me and the VIP. I took out my knife and dashed for the helicopter. I caught up to him, wasted all my ammo (only hitting him once or twice), took out my pistol, blasted away (missing completely), and then I dropped my primary gun, picked up the scout from a dead guy, and shot scopeless through the corner of the wall of the structure closest to the helicopter and I shot him in the head. Everyone in the room was hysterical; it seemed impossible, but I pulled it off. It felt especially good because I knew everyone in the room was watching me.

[glow=red]In Serious Sam 2, last level, it is so beuatiful there are hundreds of monsters running at you, skies are all in dark clouds and there are huge meteors falling from the sky and the music, well makes you want to save the world. It is just great you alone standing in an open field and there are all those hundreds, and thousands of monsters running at you, you start firing like crazy, it feels great. So much blood in that game. That is the best game moment ever.[/glow]

Definitely in suikoden II...not many of you have played that game though...my favorite part is the scene in which Jowy betrays his friend and the city-state and kills the leader of the city-state. It is a great point in the plot for it, and incr3edibly unexpected and cool. Another cool scene also is when you kill Luca Blight...that is also an amazing scene.
