Hmmm in 1.10 I would Say Ethereal CCBQ ZOD 2*40ed/15ias Jewls and for Plain Damage CBBE Ethereal ZOD 2*40ed/15MAX jewls

Ith in PvM. In PvP a 300% ed CCBoQ with 3 soccets would be the best. However, dont expect to find one, a 300% CCBoQ has never dropped.

Ive Seen one that was Somewhere in the 290%'s ..It Was Ownage but my ith Still owned it...Or it could be Im BvB and have realy high stren. ...hah

There are 291% CCBoQ's, but they are mass duped. ITHs are illegal in PvP, unless u play public games.

Making an ITH weapon is one of the lamest things u can do. ITHs are one of the many things that have ruined b.net.

Yeah mmm my barb uses 1 now and i tried my best useing CCBQ/FURY BB and a few other swords But nothing Worked.. i always got owned by a ith(Im a public dueler mostly) so i finaly just got 1 and its been Good since...but o well if all iths could go i would say do it. I only own 1 ith i use and 2 occ rings

okay yes ITHs are crap and all. here's what they are, though

mainly you put the runes in the item of your choice, then you use the handy-dandy (not to mention evil, devious, and generally nasty) program to make all of the runes pop back out, freeing up every slot so you can use even more hacked items, like jewels. however, the new item doesn't have any of the bonuses that the runes give by themselves, only the runeword bonuses.
