I got the program. But how do i add nice items to him?

Either download them from a site, right click somewhere in your inv, click "Import Item" and load the file...

Hit extras, hit create items tab, create a new item, and then switch to the edit tab (also in extras), select your item from the list, and change all the stuff. The acctual item mods are under the "magic" drop down menu. Just experiment and you'll get it.
