Best Barb build???

I am planning to make a barb and i was wonderin what is the best barb build. Right now i am planin to make a concentrate barb cuz my previous whirlwind barb sucked. He was go in nightmare and normal but when he hit hell, he was garbage. So can you guys tell me what is the best barb build???

in my opion ww is the better build if u have made your build right a barb that uses ik set u can solo hel and they is way better stuff at there than ik set for barbsl
