The logo is so out of place it's not even funny.
The strands of hair on the side of her face seem really light and wispy, but at the same time they're completely defying gravity which makes them seem all greasy and shit, like they're plastered to the side of her face because she hasn't washed her hair in forever.
You're really coming along as a painter. The thing that troubles me the most is the kind of soft brushing style you're using. I'm looking at her arm and it just seems flat and blotchy. You have some really great contrast going on in the chest; it'd be cool if you could exaggerate some more values so other parts of the image don't look so flat. I think if you did that and blended it really well, it would take care of the blotchy effect that you're getting in places too.
