I just got back into diablo after a year hiatus. 1.10 is... different to say the least. Synergies rock. I remember when Necromancers sucked no matter what you did with them. I had a 96 Hardcore Necro, it died due to lag so I quit. But I got a new computer so Im playing again. I cant find my expansion so Im playing hardcore ladder classic. So far this is what my biuld will look like:
20 Skeleton Mastery
20 Raise Skeleton
1-5 Amplify Damage
1-10 Corpse Explosion
Str: 100 (For Silks)
Dex: None (I do not think Dex effects block in classic)
Vit: Rest
Nrg: None
Equipment:
Helm: Wormskull
Amulet: +2 Necro Ammy
Body: Silks of the Victor
Rings: 2 SoJ's
Weopon: Ume's Lament
Shield: Sigon's
Boots: Tearhaunch
Gloves: Frosts
I go to level 30 in one night. Skelotons pwn. I mean own... Uhh its almost too easy, I already got Wormskull. Im eager to see how it pans out in later difficulties.
I have a few questions about Fire Golem. I kinda need something to create the initial bodies for Skeles. This seems almost like a good idea. Any feedback?
Oh, for anyone who doesn't play classic, I highly suggest it. Its a closely nit community where everyone knows everyone else playing. Their are only like 20 active members. You dont have to play it exclusively. I plan on getting expac and playing both at the same time. It provides a more pure form of diablo in my opinion.
Another thing. Enchant sorcs are highly prized on classic. I dont know about expac. But everyone wants to do cows with enchant... :rolleyes
