Become your class, not choose it!

Instead of choosing your class at the start of the game, why not just be a ''none'' class, and when you choose skills and use certain items in a specific way, it would eventually shape the class you become? For example, to be a necromancer, you could learn poison magic, learn how to re-create actual bone into a spiritual projectile, and practice reviving the dead. If you did enough of it, you would become a necromancer rather then choose him and just slap skills into him. I always wanted it to be like this. :)

Thoughts? ^_^

that would b cool...then you can mix skills...like venom from assasin with bowzon ^_^

Correct. You could be a mix, or you could be anything you wanted to be. There of course would be a cap to some things, for balance reasons, but if a system were made, based on age or something, like when you age, (from exp) you have tons of points to use in whatever you want, skills/magic/passive etc) gosh, I'm just so excited that it might be this in-depth! :D

ff 11 is pretty cool although the boring fighting pisses me off.. although this idea is ver good indeed .. ure just a normal dude like anyone else and can like pick clothing and crap and then later u get skills and pick som skills.. thats cool
