Baka my cd drive

Its still running but i just exited Starcraft what should i do ?

but another problem every time i shut down the computer the Tower thingy dont shut off and the screen is black

Virus scan, pop the CD out and close the drive, shut the computer off from the back, turn it back on, run virus again, then scandisk/defrag, then try
