Well, this place is supposed to be, at its core, a gaming forum. That said, I'm assuming the majority of us here have at least a passing interest in some form of gaming or another...I'm curious as to what everybody's "into" nowadays..

I'm a fan of the 3rd-person action/adventure slice-em-up games like Bloodrayne, Devil May Cry, God of War... I'm also fairly into your standard fantasy hack-n-slash RPGs, such as Diablo 2, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, and Champions of Norrath (currently relosing my soul to the second in the series). If I get bored I'll pop in a fighter, like Mortal Kombat Armageddon or Soul Calibur 3.

I hate shooters, have great distaste for rigid turn-based RPGs, and loathe sports games (including racing).

All right, now your turn.

Lately WoW. Ocassionally, when I'm jonesing for a classic, I'll reinstall an older game and run through it. I don't pay much attention to new releases though.

Omg, forgot about Doom and Duke Nukem. Only shooters (save the Immortal Turok) that I ever really liked. I grew up on that shit man...

I remember typing "DNCASHMAN" into Duke3D and spreading wads of dollar bills all over the place whenever I pressed spacebar. I also remember how much I cried when I accidentally put on the Adult lock and forgot the password, so I couldn't do the strip club scene...=(

Oh god, not a DDRer. Like, EVERYONE I know at college is in the same circle of friends (I have no idea how that happened...I meet people and all of a sudden I find out they all know each other), and they all play DDR like mad.

An old friend of mine I hadn't seen since middle school with whom I was reunited at college, who seems like a reserved and quiet person...and his MSN handle is DanceDanceDynamo. He was actually a state champion or some such...

I just smile and nod my head when they try to convince me of its perks. Then I go back to my D2.

agreed, i hate that game, standing behind girls with tight pants on while they play it is the way to go :D, my ex loved this game, so she had it on PS2, i'd lay on her couch, while she danced with that ass shaken !

then we did stuff, to the couch, poor couch.

Screw DDR, it's a waste of space on the DVDs it's on.

Between school, work, and friends I don't have much time for games. The only gaming I do anymore is some D2 here and there, and some Madden or NBA Live with my friends.

Used to play D2 and the original CS, eventually got bored of that and moved onto CS source. Have always played WC3, used to love it and still like it. Play console games as well especially lately. Easier to plug in a few multi taps and switch on than getting PCs all LANed together. Like sports games especially the ones where you can have 8 people playing, but love FPS games to bits. Especially faster paced deathmatch 4 player split screen style ones. Good fun. Might start playing WC3 again though.
