depends on how deep your pocket or knowledge goes....

if it is your knowledge thats shallow and your pocket deep, purchase a clan scripts or structure if you will, for around the price of $30, unsure were, but i am positive they are circulating the web. many of the providers will set everything up for you and then instruct you how to use their system.

if it is your pocket shallow and knowledge deep, construct your own, use mysql databases and PHP extrapolation. ive been in the depths of many clan scripts, and its just persistence, nothing really to fancy, just takes alot of time and effort on the coders part.

just use a friendly search engine using perhaps, "purchase +clan scripts" or something along those lines

You are off by quite a bit on the price bord, they charge quite a bit more for a script like the one od uses.
