Its an option in your user CP (get their by the button under the main banner). You'll find an avatar option there.

go to user cp/edit options/ avatar

Well... considering this is in the human forum, not the help forum, I'll answer your question differently

The Mountain King, 1 of 3 heroes, has the Avatar skill once he turns level 6. This grant him 500+ HP, 20+ attack, 5+ armor, and immunity to all magic. It lasts for 60 seconds. Just trying to keep this post on topic, hehe.
